Review / Comments ::

Another in David Lyndon Huff's Sound Therapy series, and with a title like "Massage" you knew this one would capture my attention, right? A blend of keyboard, guitar and piano with a little upbeat soft percussion to chase away the blues.

Favorite Tracks Include:

Keyboard driven, the slow easy groove of (1) Inner Peace was particularly cool. While (3) Mind's Eye was a laid back trip... but in (6) Paradise, the saxophone and percussion just mellowed me right out. And I just wanted to sail away for the day on the (8) Emerald Waters... though honestly they sounded a little more tropical to me! The hypnotic (10) Dreamscape was definitely some awesome trance music.

Relaxing and yet upbeat, with both space music and jazz like overtones this CD is definitely a little different. I enjoyed the range of Mr. Huff's playing and can definitely see it being played during a morning massage therapy session or on a wintry Sunday morning while reading the paper to chase the clouds away.
